Q: How much will this cost?

A: This is a very common and important question.  Each law firm structures their payment system a little different, so if you call around to a number of attorneys, you may get a lot of different answers.

Most of the payment structures depend on the type of representation that you require.  Some types of legal matters are a flat fee while others are billed on an hourly basis and still other matters are taken on a contingency fee basis.

The Geib Law Group understands that most people cannot afford to pay for an attorney nor are these costs usually factored into a family's budget.  So, we are always willing to work with our clients.  That may mean that we work as a team with you in order to keep your costs low or that may mean we work out a payment plan that works for you and your situation.
